The Judicial Police (PJ) said on Wednesday that a 31-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of two attempted murders near a nightclub in the city of Figueira da Foz.
The SP statement explains that the man was detained “in accordance with an arrest warrant issued by the prosecutor’s office” and that he is suspected of “committing two attempted murders.”
These facts took place early in the morning on July 31, 2021 and are “related to a quarrel between two groups of people,” he added.
According to the SP, “the suspect, armed with knives, inflicted several blows on the offended” at the age of 19 and 25, causing them “several injuries to the chest, face and neck, putting their lives at serious risk.”
The detainee, who already has a criminal record, will be present at the first judicial interrogation.
