Al Hilal, owned by Jorge Jesus, will submit a €300m offer to sign Kylian Mbappe from Paris Saint-Germain, according to transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano.
The Saudis want to spend this amount to hire one of the most valuable names on the market. The 24-year-old Frenchman plays for PSG, but the Parisian club has already made it clear they don’t have a striker.
On Friday, the French “crossed out” Mbappe from the selection for the training camp in Japan and included the athlete in the list of players for sale.
According to Fabrizio, PSG believe that Mbappe has decided to move to Real Madrid and has already agreed on a contract price with the Spaniards.
If this happens, it will be an important transfer not only for the team of Jorge Jesus, which has the most famous names of Ruben Neves or Milinkovic-Savic, but also for the Saudi League, which will add Mbappe to Cristiano Ronaldo and Benzema among the best football players in Saudi Arabia.
The value represents a record for football transfers. Until today, the most expensive transfer was registered when PSG bought Neymar from Barcelona for 222 million euros.
