French police found this Monday in the city of Forbach a 53-year-old woman who has been missing since 2011. The victim, an ethnic German, was locked in a room, naked, with shaved hair and broken bones. The woman tells the authorities that she was held captive by her husband for 12 years.
In accordance with BFMTV, On Sunday, the woman managed to steal the phone and seek help from emergency services. The German was taken to the hospital. She was emaciated, she had fractures of her upper and lower limbs.
According to the French press, in 2019, the couple’s house was searched after a neighbor reported it. To date, the suspect has denied all charges.
The victim’s partner was detained on charges of torture, aggravated rape and kidnapping.
