Hugo Ferreira, a father who died in 2019 at the age of 29 from cancer, cryopreserved his sperm and expressed his desire to be fulfilled.
“Today [quarta-feira] our world has become brighter, Guilherme was born at 11:09 with a weight of 3.915 kg and a height of 50.5 centimeters,” Angela Ferreira wrote on Instagram.
After the death of her husband with cancer, Angela created a petition that was signed by more than one hundred thousand people. After parliamentary approval in 2020 The bill collided with the President of the Republic. At that point, Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa accused the diploma of creating “legal uncertainties”, especially in relation to inheritance.
