Fresneda guaranteed at Sporting until 2028

Green on white. Ivan Fresneda joined Sporting since Wednesday. The 18-year-old Spanish right-back has signed a five-season deal until 2028 and has an €80m buyout clause.

Sporting condemn racist sentiment and support Famalicao player
On the complaint of Otavio Ataide, a Famalicao player, who said he was the target of racist and xenophobic comments on social media after playing in Alvalade, Sporting responded on Wednesday.

In a statement, the Levski Club said it condemns “any discriminatory action, regardless of its origin and recipient. We support Otavio Ataide. And we support all the millions of people who are being attacked the same or similar every day.”

Giokeres in the eleventh Championship tournament
Sporting striker Jokeres was included in the top eleven of the Championship (English League II) last season when he played for Coventry. He was also called up to the Swedish national team.

Matheus earns another 1.9 million euros
Manchester City have reached an agreement with Wolverhampton Wolverhampton to sign Matheus Nunez for €55m. The deal will bring Sporting CP 1.9 million euros between the value added (1 million euros) and the solidarity mechanism (962.5 thousand euros).
