Nottingham Forest have signed midfielder Ibrahim Sangare from PSV Eindhoven.

Ivorian international midfielder Ibrahim Sangaré, who has represented PSV Eindhoven for the past three seasons, is joining Nottingham Forest, announced this Saturday by the English Football League club.

The 25-year-old has signed a five-year deal with the English emblem until 2028, playing 140 matches and scoring 15 goals for the Eindhoven team, where he arrived in 2020, then from Toulouse, France.

Both clubs have not disclosed the transfer amounts, but the British press reports that Sangaré, who was linked with Benfica last year, cost around 35 million euros.

The midfielder, who was announced shortly after the market closed in England, was one of several players signed by Forest on the last day of registration, including Greek goalkeeper Odysseas Vlachimos from Benfica.
