Milan police this Sunday thwarted an attempt to steal Formula 1 driver Carlos Sainz’s watch worth around half a million euros after the Italian Grand Prix.
According to Reuters, the pilot and bodyguard pursued the robbers until the arrival of the police, who arrested the individuals and took the Richard Mille watch from the Spaniard.
On social media, Carlos Sainz thanked the “Milan police for the quick intervention.”
