Portugal begins to win UEFA European Under-21 Championship qualifying

The Portugal national under-21 football team made its debut this Friday, winning Group G of the 2025 European Championship qualification in this category, beating Andorra 3-0 in a game played in Pacos de Ferreira.

Quinas won at half-time thanks to a goal from Enrique Araujo in the 32nd minute and extended their lead in the second half thanks to goals from Fabio Silva in the 60th minute and Thiago Thomas in the 71st minute.

With this result, Portugal, which has played just one match, is in second place in the group with three points, along with Belarus and Andorra (both four games), one point less than leaders Faroe Islands (two games). while Greece has one point from one game and Croatia has not yet played a single match.
