Al-Nasr, owned by Portuguese coach Luis Castro, beat Al-Ahly 4-3 this Friday, with Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo scoring two goals in the game that concluded the seventh round of the Saudi Football League.
Ronaldo scored in the fourth minute and repeated his feat in the 52nd, after the help of the Brazilian Talisca, who also scored two goals, in the 17th and 45+6, while Kessie (30), Mahrez (50) and Al Brican (87 ) scored the hosts’ goals.
With the win, Al Nasr, who started with Portugal international Otavio, remains fifth in the Saudi League with 15 points, while their opponents are sixth with the same points.
The Saudi Million Dollar League is led by Al Ittihad (18 points), owned by Portuguese coach Nuno Espirito Santo.
