A Sporting fan broke his back after falling from the stands into the pit of the Graz Liebenau stadium during the game against Sturm Graz this Thursday in the Europa League. Supporter Leo was immediately treated in the enclosure before being taken to hospital and this Friday he was transferred to Belgium where he lives.
A member of the Luxembourg Group and a Sporting fan, he traveled to Austria to attend a meeting with friends. The situation occurred at the final stage of the meeting and immediately caused great concern among those present, who immediately sought help from the firefighters responsible for providing first aid.
As on Friday, Sporting continues to monitor the situation.
