Sporting won this Thursday at home against the Austrian Sturm Graz with a score of 2:1 thanks to a turnaround in the game on the first day of Group D of the Europa League.
Boving gave the Austrians the lead in the 58th minute, but Gyokeres (76) and Diomande (84) gave the Lions their first win in Austria.
With the first three points, Sporting shares the lead in Group D with Italian Atalanta, which beat Poland’s Rakow Czestochowa 2-0 at home.
