Tickets for the Euro 2024 qualifying match between Portugal and Slovakia at Porto’s Dragao Stadium will be sold out, the Portuguese Football Federation (FPF) said on Wednesday.
A note published on the organization’s official website explains that all available tickets have been sold and therefore the meeting, scheduled for October 13 at 7:45 p.m., will be “sold out.”
A meeting in the seventh round of Group J could confirm Portugal’s right to the next European Championship, but for this the team must beat Slovakia and hope that Luxembourg does not win on the same day in Iceland.
Roberto Martinez’s side, who remain completely victorious and without conceding a goal, top the group with 16 points, while the Slovaks are in second place with 13. Luxembourg is third with 10, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Iceland are tied for fourth with six, and Liechtenstein is last , still without glasses.
The first two places in the group give direct access to the final phase of Euro 2024, which will be held in Germany.
