On the men’s side, Bahrain’s Cheroben completed the 21-kilometre course in 1:00.20 hours, beating Kenya’s Anthony Kimutai Chebii in 1:00.30 and Ethiopia’s Adane Ayele, who finished on the podium. The Portuguese capital completed the race in 1:00.40.
