Where can I watch the Davis Cup? UK TV and live broadcast details

Great Britain face Serbia in the Davis Cup quarter-finals today and Cameron Norrie faces the unenviable task of beating Novak Djokovic.

Djokovic has won three of four Grand Slams this year (he only lost in the Wimbledon final to Carlos Alcaraz) and is aiming to end the year with another trophy, having not won the Davis Cup since 2010.

Not only does Great Britain have to contend with the world number two, but they also have their own injury problems. Andy Murray, who was due to play Djokovic for the first time since 2017, pulled out with a shoulder problem and Dan Evans pulled out with a calf problem.

The winners will meet Finland and Australia in the semi-finals. Finland shocked Canada by abandoning its title defense while Australia beat the Czech Republic on Wednesday.

When does Great Britain play Serbia?

The UK v Serbia match will take place on Thursday afternoon in Malaga, Spain.

The start time depends on how long the previous quarter-final between Italy and the Netherlands lasts, but not before. 15:00 GMT.

The quarter-finals will be played in a best-of-three format, with two singles matches followed by a deciding doubles match if the singles matches end in singles matches. Each game is a best-of-three set.

Norrie and Jack Draper will play two singles matches for Great Britain, while Neil Skupski and Joe Salisbury will play a doubles match.

The Serbian national team consists of Djokovic, Laslo Djere, Dusan Lajovic, Miomir Kecmanovic and Hamad Medjedovic.

Where can I watch the Davis Cup?

There is the easiest way to watch Davis Cup matches in the UK. BBC iPlayer AND BBC Sport website. Only the UK games and the final will be shown on the BBC.

On television, the Davis Cup is shown continuously on the Tennis Channel, which costs £2.49 per month but offers a seven-day free trial.

The tennis channel is available on various streaming services, including YouTube TV.

When will the Davis Cup final take place?

After the end of the quarter-finals, the first semi-final between Finland and Australia will take place on Friday, November 24, at 15:00 Moscow time.

The second semi-final – between Italy or the Netherlands and Great Britain or Serbia – will take place on Saturday, November 25 at 15:00.

Davis Cup final played Sunday, November 26outside 15:00 GMT.

All finals will take place at the Palacio Deportes José Maria Martín Carpena in Malaga.
