A seven-month-old baby who was stabbed three times – in the chest and abdomen – by his stepfather early Friday morning in Mirandela is in stable condition. The stepfather, Ruben Fraga, 37, was arrested red-handed by PPR officers and handed over to the judicial police, who are leading the investigation. The child’s 19-year-old mother and the attacker’s mother were also injured in the brutal attack, which took place around midnight at the family’s home.
