A man died this Saturday in a collision between a car and a bicycle on Estrada Nacional (EN) 2 in Castro Verde (Beja), sources in the Civil Defense and GNR told Lusa.
A source from the Subregional Command for Emergency Situations and Civil Protection of Baixo Alentejo said that the alarm about the incident on EN 2, at kilometer 633, was raised at 16:34 and that the victim was a man riding a bicycle.
Sources from the Subregional Command for Emergency Situations and Civil Protection of Baixo Alentejo and the GNR explained that it is not yet possible to determine the age of the deceased victim.
