Stating that the publication violates the victim’s privacy, the young woman’s lawyer is finalizing a complaint against everyone who published the video. The lawyer also claims that threats were made to the life of a young woman on the same social network.
Alves was arrested on January 20 and remains in prison on the outskirts of Barcelona. If you are found guilty, you could be sentenced to between four and 15 years in prison. In November, the Spanish Ministry of Justice demanded nine years in prison for Dani Alves.
