Three drug dealers, aged 25, 27 and 29, are on trial in Coimbra for extorting and kidnapping a drug addict who tried to steal drugs from them. The case occurred in Figueira da Foz in 2020. The victim was a client of the accused and during one of their trips to one of their houses to buy drugs, he took advantage of the moment of distraction and stole two packages of cannabis from the store. jar. The drug dealer noticed and called the other defendants. From there they forced the victim into a van and, as he had no money in his account, forced him to go to shops and ask for credit cards, which they then used. The drug addict was also forced to sign a confession of 1,500 euros, while the accused received 850. The group is being tried for drug trafficking, kidnapping, extortion and prohibited weapons.
