According to a PSP statement released this Monday, a man entered the pharmacy and threatened employees to give away 170 euros that were in the till.
“After committing the robbery, the suspect fled, followed from a distance by witnesses who saw him enter a building on one of the streets, not far from the scene of the robbery,” the above-mentioned department said in a statement.
A security perimeter was established near the building where the suspect was hiding until other police officers arrived.
Once security conditions were met, PSP agents entered the building and intercepted the suspect.
