The prosecutor even placed some blame on the accused Diogo Faria, as he chose some of the emails mentioned in the program.
MP asks to convict Francisco J. Marquez in case of disclosure of Benfica emails
On Tuesday, prosecutors asked for a guilty verdict against FC Porto’s director of public relations, Francisco J. Marquez, in the Benfica email disclosure case for three crimes of disclosing correspondence without consent.
Prosecutor Ana Pais did not impose the penalty she considered appropriate, leaving it up to the discretion of the court.
