According to this Monday’s draw, Portugal will face Italy, France and the Czech Republic in Group 2 of the final stage of the European Under-22 Volleyball Championship in the Netherlands in July.
The draw also determined that the Netherlands, Poland, Hungary and Spain would form the first group.
The hosts were joined by the five winners of each qualifying group, as well as the top two runners-up, which included Portugal, after qualifying in Armenia.
The competition will take place from July 9 to 14 in the Dutch cities of Apeldoorn and Groningen.
The women’s team will also be in the final stages, in this case they will face Serbia, Poland and the Czech Republic in the competition, which will take place from July 1 to 6 in Italy.
