“I categorically reject any connection between me and the facts that occurred at the General Assembly of FC Porto on November 13, 2023. any conversations with the people detained today about this General Assembly – before or after, directly or indirectly – or even about other issues related to the institutional life of FC Porto, only through malicious speculation and slander he dragged my name into reprehensible events of this General Assembly. I regret that the judge gives credit and gives opportunity to everyone who, without any support, during the course of the trial raised completely unfounded suspicions against me and without any contradiction. In due time, I will definitely find out who confused my name in this shameful fabrication and I will act so that perjury is punished in an exemplary manner,” the administrator said in a statement.
