A man in the process of separation set fire to the things of his wife and daughter in Odivelas

Last week, the Judicial Police (PJ) arrested a 59-year-old man on suspicion of committing a crime related to a fire in the town of Odivelas, Lisbon district.

“On the night of February 7, a man, allegedly driven by emotional problems, deliberately started a fire in his apartment using matches,” the joint venture said in a statement.

For what CM According to PJ’s source, the suspect is in the process of separating and decided to set fire to the things of his wife and daughter because he did not know what to do correctly in the current situation.

Despite the presence of equipment, the fire did not cause injuries or serious damage to the house.

The detainee was present at the first interrogation, and a preventive measure was applied to him.
