The Turkish defender Serdar from Sporting de Braga was discharged from hospital this Saturday after he was taken to the Braga hospital with a craniofacial injury during a reception against Gil Vicente of the Portuguese First Football League.
“Now we are completely happy. Serdar is feeling well and has already been discharged from the hospital,” the Minho club reported on the social network “X” (formerly Twitter).
The 21-year-old Turkish international collided with his goalkeeper Matheus in stoppage time and, after a few minutes of assistance, left the stadium in an ambulance and was taken to Braga Hospital for observation.
Sporting Braga beat Gil Vicente 2-1 in the 26th round of the league.
