“The GISP and Lisbon prison guards had to stay and watch them, knowing that they would not be able to go out for lunch when the meeting resumed in the afternoon,” he added.
“The judge may have deadlines to meet, but two years later it is unacceptable today to restrict food for guards when she ordered food for prisoners to eat in the courtroom… disgraceful,” the union leader said.
The SNGP will even file a complaint with the Supreme Judicial Council against a judge who was present in the group of judges at the Beja court.
