What if you could turn off the light by touching a plant? The project is being implemented in the USA.

A father and son living in Virginia, USA, are developing a system that will allow them to control light by touching houseplants. The initiative was announced this week. Virginian – Pilot.

Tests and plans are carried out behind the family home, the place where the creative potential of the Florosens project was unleashed.

The year-long device will be able to connect to plants, turning them into a kind of wireless touch control.

For the magic to happen, you will need to place the device in the pot with the plant, inserting a kind of probe into the soil. Once activated, touching the plant will allow you to control certain household appliances and lighting.

The innovative method has not yet been launched, but a fundraising campaign is underway to produce the product in two months.
