The Syrian Defense Ministry condemned the attack, one of the worst since the start of the war in the Gaza Strip, which affected several rural areas of Aleppo.
Also in Damascus, the Syrian capital, and Lebanon, several explosions killed important Hezbollah figures, including the deputy commander of a missile unit.
Israel has not confirmed these attacks, but since the conflict in the Gaza Strip began, Israeli attacks on targets in Syria have increased.
Meanwhile, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu approved on Friday sending teams to Qatar and Egypt to continue negotiations with Hamas.
Since the beginning of the conflict in the Gaza Strip, more than 32,500 people have been killed and 75,000 injured.
