The PSP detained a 31-year-old man at the house he robbed in the center of Lisbon. The police, called by a witness, quickly arrived on the scene and saw that the door of the house had been broken open and the entrance was blocked by a staircase. With the suspect still inside, agents ordered him to leave. When he complied, the patrol discovered that the man already had several items worth more than €4,000. He also had a screwdriver, a bent wrench, a flashlight and pliers.
According to the home owner and a witness, the suspect was accompanied by two people, a man and a woman, who fled. The attacker was taken to court and placed in custody.
