ADSE’s new price list for agreed births, psychological consultations and diaper reimbursement came into force this Wednesday, following changes made in April. Next month, on June 1, the new free transport regime will come into force. In the table that came into force this Wednesday, the number of incontinence diapers is now limited to 120 units per month, for a total of 1,440 nappies per year, with the beneficiary receiving an amount of €0.88 per item. These new diaper rules are the result of “billing abuses,” the state employee health subsystem claims. In the case of the birth of a child (agreed regime), the distribution of costs remains the same: 90% of the cost is borne by the ADSE and 10% by the beneficiary. According to the new table, the additional payment for euotic birth will be 235.87 euros, dystotic birth – 261.07 euros, caesarean section – 345.59 euros, plus 40 euros for each twin. The maximum ADSE contribution for psychological consultations increases from 9.33 to 14.40 euros in the free mode, while 24 consultations per year are allowed without the need to present a medical prescription. As for the agreed regime, there is still an 80% contribution (20% is paid by the beneficiary).
