Davide Amado resigns as President of the PS Lisbon Council

The mayor also clarifies that the facts mentioned in the charge did not take place in the performance of official or political duties, “but rather in the framework of an employment relationship with one of the above-mentioned companies.”

According to a CNN Portugal/TVI report citing the prosecution, Davide Amado is accused of running several companies set up to make direct deals with Santa Casa da Misericórdia.
