Taremi will leave Porto at the end of the season but wants to say goodbye after winning his third Portuguese Cup.
The Iranian striker has lifted the trophy in the 2021/22 and 2022/23 seasons, playing an active role in the first with a brace in the 3-1 win over Tondela.
Believing that he will head to Inter Milan, where he will arrive on a free transfer, Taremi wants to complete the cycle at Dragao with another achievement to add to a trophy haul that also includes a league title, two Super Cups and a League Cup.
And while the Iranian is preparing to say goodbye, Italy is preparing for his arrival, and Lautaro Martinez praises him: “We have already met him and seen several of his games. He is a great striker, very technical and his style of play is different from what we have in our team. This will be of great help to us.”
