This Thursday, the Israel Defense Forces released a video showing Hamas soldiers kidnapping five female soldiers on October 7, the day the Islamic group began attacks on Israeli soil.

The footage shows the young women, some covered in blood and dressed in pajamas, being tied up and placed in a jeep. According to Reuters, Netanyahu’s government believed that releasing the images would be an opportunity to bolster popular support.

“Liri, Karina, Agam, Daniela and Naama are five Israeli girls abducted on October 7th. This is just 190 seconds of the 233 days of unimaginable torture they have endured since they were abducted by Hamas terrorists,” he said. wrote the Israeli army in X.

“Please don’t look away. Watch the video. Support Israel in bringing our people home,” Israeli government spokesman David Menser told reporters.

“I have friends in Palestine,” one of the recruits, 19-year-old Naama Levy, says in English. One of the shooters can be heard shouting in Arabic: “You dogs! We will trample you!”
