According to the deputy, the defendant repeatedly smoked cocaine in the presence of the defendant’s young son and that “after another quarrel, finding herself with her son on her lap, the defendant threw him on the bed.”
The facts date back to November 23, at the couple’s home, where the accused “smoked cocaine (“crack”) in the presence of the child, while at night and after an argument (…) the accused was holding a knife with which he was cutting a cracked stone, he struck several times, which hit his partner (the accused) in the stomach. The defendant then picked up the child and, using a knife, stabbed him several times in the abdomen. abdomen and back, as a result of which he received several punctures, which is why he had to be urgently taken by helicopter to the hospital,” the deputy said.
Realizing the attack, the accused’s mother intervened and her son threatened her with death.
The deputy also clarified that in the presence of members of the Republican National Guard, the accused threw the child onto a mattress lying on the floor.
Thus, the MP is convinced that “the accused acted with the intention of taking the lives of his partner (the accused) and her son, but was unable to do so for reasons beyond his control.”
