The document, “illegal and destructive to the lives of workers,” blamed the Union of Public Administration and Public Service Workers (SINTAP), which considers it unacceptable. The union is demanding that the SIS “immediately eliminate any illegal activities contained in documents that are delivered to workers for completion.”
