The Social Security Institute wants to know the professional and recreational activities of employees’ families

The Institute for Social Security (ISS) asks its employees to identify the occupational and recreational activities of spouses, descendants, and ancestors, which is highly controversial. Questions are contained in the document “Code of Ethics and Conduct of the NIS, IS – Applications to be completed by all employees”, which began to reach employees this week.

The document, “illegal and destructive to the lives of workers,” blamed the Union of Public Administration and Public Service Workers (SINTAP), which considers it unacceptable. The union is demanding that the SIS “immediately eliminate any illegal activities contained in documents that are delivered to workers for completion.”
