Portuguese international striker Paulinho will play for Toluca after four seasons with Sporting, the Mexican Football League club coached by Renato Paiva announced Wednesday.

On their official website, Toluca also announced the signing of Paulinho, although they did not disclose the duration of the contract signed with the player.

Paulinho, 31, signed for Sporting in February 2020, joining from Sporting de Braga after wearing the Gil Vicente, Trofense and Santa Maria shirts.
The Lions paid €16 million (ME) for 70% of the Barcelos native, who scored two goals in three matches for Portugal, in a deal that also included the transfer of Colombian defender Cristian Borja. and Slovenian striker Spoar.
