Since being placed in the care of her paternal uncle when she was just seven years old, the girl has been subjected to the most barbaric sexual attacks that have left physical marks on her. The 42-year-old predator raped a child in the house where he lived with his family in Felgueiras. He threatened her not to say anything. The man, who has always been at large, will stand trial for 360 offenses of aggravated rape.
The sexual attacks began in 2018 when the Felgueiras Commission for the Protection of Children and Youth placed the child in the care of his uncle and partner. In the house where he began to live with his family, he experienced moments of real horror.
According to the accusation of the Ministry of State (MP) of Felgueiras, which CM had access, the minor was subjected to violence from Monday to Friday almost every day. Before leaving for work, and taking advantage of the fact that his partner and the rest of the family were still asleep, the predator carried out the attacks. “The accused approached the room where the victim was sleeping, touched her body and removed her clothes.” Then followed the most brutal attacks, “depending on his sexual desires, using physical force,” the indictment states, detailing the actions.
After the first attack, the deputy says, the defendant ordered the child not to report anything, “adding that if he told anyone, he would suffer the consequences.”

Despite the fact that the defendant was charged with 360 offenses of aggravated rape, the deputy realized that there was no need to change the enforcement of identification and period of residence (IDR). The predator will remain free.

Having gained the courage to report the incident, the girl stopped contact with her abusive uncle. To avoid a second encounter with the predator at trial, the child made a souvenir testimony in front of the judge.
