The victim was wounded in the jugular vein and one eye and survived thanks to the intervention of colleagues and military doctors.
The aggression stemmed from the theft of a cell phone that had occurred a week earlier, which resulted in the victim getting into a confrontation with his co-worker.
The Navy confirmed the incident, but did not respond in a timely manner to clarifications requested by the Navy. CM.
