The Minister of Education, Science and Innovation said on Friday that everything is being done to ensure that the next school year begins with more normality in schools, with more motivated teachers and fewer students absent from classes.
“We are doing everything so that the next school year starts differently, with more normality in schools, more motivated teachers and students in class,” said Fernando Alexandre in Alcochete, where he met with some 130 school group directors from Lisbon and the Tagus Valley.
Asked about the results of the national competition for teachers, which was announced last week, the official said there was positive data, although there was still no clear global vision on the topic.
