Leipzig paid 34 million euros for Francisco Conceicao

Leipzig will submit an offer for Francisco Conceicao, which could cost up to 34 million euros. According to the Spanish newspaper AS, the German club has agreed to pay 26 million euros in advance, plus 8 million euros for goals.

Leipzig will receive around €60 million from the sale of Dani Olmo to Barcelona and see the Porto player as the ideal replacement for the European champion in the Spanish national team.

As already reported CMPorto are expecting an offer close to 40 million euros, as the sale price would have to be reduced by 20% of the player’s available assets and 10% of the agent’s commission.

This figure is still below the €45 million stipulated by Francisco Conceição’s release clause. Juventus has also recently joined the group of clubs interested in the 21-year-old Portugal international. However, it is also unwilling to reach €45 million. The Turin team is also following Galeno.
