A fan who insulted a CMTV journalist has already been identified and he faces a fine of five thousand euros

The Office for the Prevention and Control of Violence in Sports (APCVD) has already identified the fan who insulted a CMTV journalist after the game between Porto and Sporting CP last Sunday, near the José Alvalade stadium.

The violator can be sentenced to a fine of 750 to 5000 euros. APCVD has established a process for determining the facts and the liability arising from them.

Sporting Clube de Portugal also denied this Wednesday the attacks, which took place on the same day as the insults, against another group of reporters, consisting of journalist Pedro Neves de Souza and reporter José Ramos. The Sports Journalists’ Association already denied the episode on Tuesday and asked that violators be kept out of the stadiums.
