Portuguese international Kika Nazareth made her debut for Barcelona on Saturday, providing an assist in a 5-1 win over German side Hoffenheim.
The Portuguese player came on at half-time with the score 2-1 and was involved in the third goal, which the German goalkeeper saved forward in the 59th minute, setting up the winning rebound for Norway’s Ingrid Engen.
In the 71st minute, after a corner kick, Kika made an assist for the fourth goal of the Catalans, scored with a “shot” from outside the penalty area by Englishwoman Keira Walsh.
The Catalan team, currently coached by Pere Romeu, also featured Polish striker Ewa Pajor, who scored a goal in the 42nd minute to restore parity.
