Osasuna, who has been progressing and has seized the initiative as the minutes went by, had already caressed the goal with a parabolic shot by Rubén Peña from the edge of the field and a header by Nacho Vidal from the balcony of the small area who left very close to the local crossbar, to the center of Moi Gómez.

For its part, Girona only worried Sergio Herrera looking for depth on the right wing. But in the end he found the goal, right in the last action of the first act (45+1′): Aleix García serves a free-kick, Taty Castellanos extends the ball and David López makes it 1-1 coming in from behind.

The second half has started, as the first has ended, with a lot of dynamism and ambition on the part of both teams. At six minutes Gazzaniga stretched to reject a hard shot from Navarrese Jon Moncayola for a corner.

There have only been two more clear approaches: a header from Unai García and a failed one-on-one from Cristhian Stuani.
