On Wednesday, the GNR Porto confiscated five weapons and 240 rounds of ammunition in Trofa as part of an investigation into alleged aggravated threats, a statement said on Thursday.
The police said that during the execution of a search warrant at a house in the town of São Martinho de Bugado, in Trofa, Porto district, various materials were seized, including firearms and bladed weapons.
This investigation concerned a crime involving aggravated threats that occurred in Vila do Conde, also in the district of Porto.
The list of materials examined includes a firearm, an air pistol, a reproduction firearm, 240 rounds of ammunition and two knives.
The facts were referred to the Vila do Conde Court of Justice.
