The prosecutor, through the Criminal Information Department, in accordance with the arrest warrant issued by the competent judicial authorities, after studying the information and developing operational measures aimed at her search, proceeded to detain in the municipality of Mafra a 62-year-old woman, to serve 7 years and six months of imprisonment.
In a final and non-appealable decision in October 2023, the detainee was found guilty of crimes related to theft and money laundering committed in 2015 while carrying out her professional activities as a lawyer.
Since then, she was missing in an unknown unit, and now she was found by the SP after a warrant was issued for her arrest. After his arrest, he was transferred to the appropriate prison facility to serve his sentence.
