Huerta de Aza, the first woman to referee a professional men’s football match

Marta Huerta de Aza (Palencia, 1990) made history Sunday, August 18th at the Burgos-Cartagena match of LaLiga Hypermotion (Second Division) by becoming the first woman to serve as head referee in men’s professional footballa milestone that is achieved after Twenty seasons dedicated to refereeing.
