Benfica announced on Tuesday that it will hold an extraordinary general assembly on 21 September (Saturday) at 21:30 to consider the issue of revising the Statutes.
According to the agenda announced by the Eagles, the first item will be used for “discussion and voting on the general proposal to revise the charter submitted by management,” followed by “discussion and voting on the proposals for the adopted specialty,” and then “a global final vote on changes to the charter in accordance with the approved methodological proposal.”

The Extraordinary General Assembly of Lisbon and Benfica Sports was convened to meet at 9:30 am on 21 September (Saturday) in Pavilion No. of the methodology approved at the General Assembly on 15 June.
AGE will have the following agenda:
Point 1 – Discussion and vote on the general proposal to revise the Statutes submitted by the Lisbon and Benfica Sports Authority;
Item 2 – Discussion and voting on accepted proposals for the specialty;
Item 3 – General final vote on amendments to the Charter in accordance with the approved methodological proposal.
