CR7 starter in a hard-fought win over West Ham

Cristiano Ronaldo continues to (re-)claim a place in the Manchester United starting line-up and he returned to the starting line-up this Sunday, as did Diogo Dalot and Bruno Fernandes. With the trio in full swing, the Red Devils were back to winning the English league by beating West Ham 1-0 at home.

CR7 even became the player who created the most difficulties for the opponent, along with Rashford, the author of the only goal of the match (38 minutes). The Portuguese international had several opportunities and tried to score whenever he had room to do so – three shots. Interestingly, Ronaldo’s drop in performance coincided with the worst moment of the game for Manchester United.

At the 63rd minute, the Red Devils fell asleep and still got a little scared. De Gea proved to be the savior of mankind. United have the advantage with three great saves. In the center, Fred (Man. United) still hit the post.

CR7 are now in 5th place with 23 points, eight behind leaders Arsenal. The Gunners beat Nottingham Forest at home yesterday (5:0). The Portuguese Cedric and Fabio Vieira entered the field after 63′, when the score was already 4:0.
