A woman finds her husband’s remains in a closet eight months after the man went missing in Illinois, USA. Richard Madge went missing on April 27 last year, and his body was found in a badly decomposed state on December 11.
“I decided to put up a Christmas tree and was looking for some effects. When I went after them, I found a body, ”said Jennifer Madge, quoted by the publication. Independent.
Jennifer Madge says she last spoke to her partner the day before she disappeared. The man called and said he was leaving work early. Arriving home, Jennifer saw her husband’s car, still with keys and wallet inside, but did not find the man in any room.
When the authorities searched the house, they found no sign of Richard, but noticed a certain smell in the house. The woman believed that the problem was in the plumbing, so she called the master to eliminate the smell.
During the autopsy, no signs of resistance or aspects that would lead to suspicion of a crime were found.
