This Thursday morning, a Feira court sentenced Adriano Campos to 19 years and six months in prison for shooting his former partner last year in Escariz, Aroca.
The defendant will have to pay compensation in the amount of 150,000 euros to the eldest son of the victim. The team of judges considered that most of the facts set forth in the public indictment had been proven. During the announcement of the verdict, the presiding judge made a special censure in connection with the gravity of the crime and the means used.
