2,623 administrative offenses reported, of which 1,655 were for speeding, 234 for not having mandatory periodic inspections, 78 for malfunctions in lighting and alarm systems, 91 for illegal use of a mobile phone while driving, 153 for missing or improper use of seat belts and / or or a child restraint system and 80 for not having compulsory liability insurance.
